Registration for Super Series events is a simple two step process. Step one is registering your team with Super Series National. This must only be done once per season. Please remember to save your team ID number and password for future use. Step two is to print the registration form and send it in with your payment. Super Series cannot hold any tournament slots until payment is received.

Step 1 is the National Team Registration. This registration must only be done once per season. Once you have registered your roster, please print and enclose a copy with your registration form.

Step 2 is your tournament application. This is how Super Series of St. Louis receives your information. Please download the form below and send it to the address on the form. Your team name will be listed on our "look who's coming" link soon. Tournament spots cannot be held without receipt of your team's registration fees.
